[Q]What album, in the history of albums, has impacted you the most?
[A]Jimmy Eat World - Clarity. It taught me the power of overdubs. Every time I listen to it, I pick out new parts that previously never caught my attention. My favorite song of all time is also on this album, "For Me This is Heaven." There is no substitute for Clarity and that is why it never leaves my CD rotation.
[Q]What is your fondest or most insane tour memory?
[A]My fondest tour memory goes back to our first appearance on the Vans Warped Tour. We were in Boston and we had the pleasure of rubbing shoulders with all our favorite bands. Ever since that summer, the thought of Warped Tour has given me something to look forward to while hibernating in the cold snowy winters of Ohio.
[Q]Which Bottom Line song is your personal favorite?
[A]"This Far From A Fire," because there's just something special about this song. I like how it incorporates all the punk styles I love. Also the line at the end of the chorus, "if only looks could kill," is such a catch.
[Q]The one thing I wish to accomplish before the day I die is...
[A]...look back at my life without regret. I hope to never say "I wish I had" or "what if I." If I can accomplish that, I would have accomplished everything and anything I wanted to or set out to do.
